The Churchyard |
|
The churchyard was closed for burials in 1856 and is now a large, shady, secluded and tranquil area rich in plant and wildlife. It abounds in fine and interesting tombs – that of the famous poet Thomas Dermody stands in Church Meadow close to the Ravensbourne and Ladywell Fields. |
